Rental of our Limousines is with full acknowledgment and agreement to the following terms and conditions:

• All on-line reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the pick up time. For shorter notices please call our office.

• No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service.

• RGW Limousine Services reserves the right to terminate this contract if any of the following conditions are violated by any passenger: any damage to the interior of vehicle, including, but not limited to, alcohol spillage, vomiting, any broken glasses, lights, television, radio, CD player & remote controls. Also, any gum on seats or carpet. No rental fees shall be refunded if early termination is necessary. This contract is between RGW Limousine Services and the renter. The renter agrees to be fully responsible for all of their guests. There will be a $100 minimum charge for repairs and replacement of any damaged items.

• We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period.

• If the limousine rental is by a minor under the age of eighteen (18), the agreement must be signed by either a parent or legal guardian over the age of eighteen (18).
