Our cancellation policy for
airport transfer is three hours
prior to pick up time. For hourly
reservations, our cancellation
policy is 5 days prior to your

Will my
credit card be charged at the time
of my reservation? |

We do not charge your credit
card until the day you travel. If
you reserve a �per hour� trip you
will be charged a deposit of
approximately 30% of your balance on
the same day as your reservation.
The remaining balance will be
charged on the day of your trip.

The farther in advance, the
better to assure we will have a
vehicle available when you need it.
However, we will try our best to
accommodate you on the same day.

you will be able to edit or cancel

Your driver will arrive 10
minutes before your pickup time. If
you driver is not there on time,

Your driver will meet you
in baggage claim or at curbside.
If you choose baggage claim, your
driver will be holding a sign with
your name on it. If you choose
curbside, your driver will have your
name sign on the dashboard or side
