What types of vehicles does RGW Limo use?
We service our customers in black, luxury vehicles. We have Town Cars, SUVs and Stretch Limousines with leather interior and privacy windows.

How many passengers for a Town Car?
Three passengers per party are recommended for a Town Car.

What is the limit for a luxury SUV?
The SUVs have a capacity of seven passengers, we recommend five passengers for your comfort and extra space for luggage.

Is the tip included in my fare?
A gratuity of 20% will be added to the basic rate.  If you feel like your driver has gone above and beyond your expectations and would like to tip him extra, feel free to show your appreciation.

Do I need to specify how much luggage I have?
No, unless there are more than two passengers and everyone has luggage.

What are RGW‘s cancellation terms and conditions?
Our cancellation policy for airport transfer is three hours prior to pick up time. For hourly reservations, our cancellation policy is 5 days prior to your reservation date. Charges for late cancellation may apply. Please click here for Terms and Conditions.

Will my credit card be charged at the time of my reservation?
We do not charge your credit card until the day you travel. If you reserve a �per hour� trip you will be charged a deposit of approximately 30% of your balance on the same day as your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of your trip.

How can I set up an account?
Please click on the �open an account� link on the home page and fill out the required information and submit. One of our representatives will contact you by phone to finalize the set up of your account.

What is the best way to make a reservation?
The most convenient way to make a reservation is online. You can make a reservation 24/7 at your convenience. It is easy and secure. If you would like to make a reservation within 24 hours, simply call us at 888-749-4529.

How many days in advance of my trip should I make my reservation?
The farther in advance, the better to assure we will have a vehicle available when you need it. However, we will try our best to accommodate you on the same day. Just call us when you are ready to reserve.

How do I make changes to my reservation?
If you have an account with us, simply log on to your account and you will be able to edit or cancel your reservation.

Can I get a quote without making a reservation?
Definitely! To start, just click on Instant Quote, after giving us some basic information about your trip, you will receive a quote. You can stop there or proceed to make your reservation.

What if I can not get a quote to my location?
If you are not able to get an instant quote to your location, this does not mean that we do not service your area. Please call us at 888- 749-4529 and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you in getting your quote.

How soon before my pickup will my driver arrive?
Your driver will arrive 10 minutes before your pickup time. If you driver is not there on time, please call us immediately.

Where will my driver meet me upon my airport arrival?
Your driver will meet you in baggage claim or at curbside.  If you choose baggage claim, your driver will be holding a sign with your name on it.  If you choose curbside, your driver will have your name sign on the dashboard or side window of the vehicle.

What if I can not find my driver at the airport?
Please contact us immediately. Do not leave the airport before contacting us, your driver is probably near by trying to make contact with you.

What if my flight is delayed?
We frequently check your flight status for delays or early arrivals. If you have boarded a different flight, please call us immediately.
